Violent Assault In Dublin

Social media is rife with clips of a violent assault over the weekend on a lone Irish boy by minority youths in Adamstown, an area of West County, Dublin.
A charity football match, organised on a 'winner stays on' format with an entrance fee and cash prizes descended into mob violence. A white boy was chased and violently attacked by multiple other youths who appeared to be drawn from black and other minority backgrounds.
As yet no mainstream media has covered this incident, probably deciding how best to frame the motives for their audience. In Ireland as in the UK immigration concerns are leading the news and so this is a 'delicate' issue. The only local news site to cover this so far and only on its X account is TheLiberal.ie a conservative news organisation that frequently covers issues around immigration and crime.
This assault mirrors other recent incidents in Ireland such as on Burrows Beach in Dublin ("Up to 20 youths were allegedly taking part in a brawl and set upon one individual during the incident" #) and also in Northern Ireland on Ballyholme Beach (brief police report). In the Ballyholme incident (April 2025) the media and police decided that the best way to frame this was by making up (or exaggerating) an allegation that there had been a death, not just random violence. News media then wrote it up as 'disinformation', so social media platforms felt justified in taking down some viral clips and reports. X has a tendency to stop many of these incidents being embedded by news sites on their websites when asked by authorities.

Ballyholme:
Last night on Ballyholme Beach in Bangor, Northern Ireland the locals were enjoying the good weather. They were attacked. I have read reports of heads being stamped on.
