Traditional Britain Seminars 2014: Robin Tilbrook on The future of England

by The Editor

In the absence of any sensible attempts to answer the English question support for English independence is growing! This thread will be led by Robin Tilbrook, Chairman of the English Democrats which is the only campaigning English nationalist party and which supports English Independence.

On the 8th March the Traditional Britain Group will be hosting a half day event, titled 'Traditional Britain Seminars 2014' at a prestigious club in central London from 1pm until 6pm, followed by an evening social until late.

The future of England – Regionalisation? Devolution? Or Independence?

The Lib/Lab/Con parties want to break England up into Regions and have tried various schemes to do so whilst making disparaging remarks about England and the English as follows:-

John Prescott – “There is no such nationality as English”
William Hague - “English Nationalism is the most dangerous of all forms of nationalism”.
Charles Kennedy – “Regionalisation is calling into question the idea of England itself”.

Opinion polls, even those conducted by Labour supporters, such as the IPPR, now place the call for Regionalisation at below 10%.

The democratically legitimate options therefore are either a move to a more balanced and rationally consistent federal structure with a Parliament for England, on a similar footing to the Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish Parliaments, with a rationalised Westminster constitutional set up, or Independence for England.

In the absence of any sensible attempts to answer the English question support for English independence is growing! This thread will be led by Robin Tilbrook, Chairman of the English Democrats which is the only campaigning English nationalist party and which supports English Independence.
