The UK Parliament Commons Library have created a page from the 2021 ONS Census Data. This allows visitors to input their preferred racial category, choose a constituency and then review the demographic situation in that area.

These Census results are only of those who chose to abide by the law and actually completed the Census. It is clear that many did not, including over 1 million illegal immigrants.

The page is configured to look at broad racial categories such as 'black' or 'white' rather than the ethnic subcategories, such as (White) British, etc. This hides the true scale of the fall in White British (to 74%). For a more detailed view, go to this ONS page and click on 'England and Wales' in the left-hand column to chose the area you're interested in and then adjust the results to show the various ethnic groups.
